| iCall looked great when I entered the premises for the
first time. I had completed my grads and planned to pursue studies
further but at the same time I was smitten by the idea of earning big
bucks all by myself. So I decided to work simultaneously with studies
and the great ambience and comfortable environment at iCall was like an
added advantage!!! Training session was great and colleagues were
wonderful too…thereby making it possible for me to balance studies and

| The first impression that I had when I walked into
iCall was one of comfort and familiarity. Even with everything new,
there was no discomfort at any level, be it interaction with colleagues
or trainers. The organization has not left any room for complaint on a
personal front. The leaders within the company at any position are
extremely supportive and encouraging in my opinion. That is a big boost
for any employee in any company that his peers are there to support and
assist with any and every part of the process throughout. There's barely
ever a "corporate" formal feel, especially since the floor is so
casually decorated with themes from all across the globe, be it music or
car racing or basketball. It’s only the dress code on weekdays that
remind you that yes, you happen to be working. |

| I am with iCall since August 2001, joined as a Process
Associate, since then I have always been nurtured in an ethical,
value-based environment that provided me great learning opportunities
and to work with dynamic people as well as cutting edge technology.
iCall strives to provide an environment that is stimulating with high
levels of motivation, empowerment and recognition, removing obstacles
that hinder creativity. In this energized atmosphere we share successes
while setting new standards of excellence. iCall provides just the right
balance between work and fun. I have been always supported to pursue my
studies in the field of Herpetology and Wildlife conservation. Today I
am an Assistant Manager, Training-Quality-Compliance, at iCall and a
Herpetologist, all because of the free and supportive environment that
uplifts the spirit to achieve my personal life goals. |
